Michelle qualified as a dental nurse with NEBDN at the tender age of 17years. Upon gaining her qualification Michelle obtain working sponsorship in New Zealand where she worked for a year in and around Auckland City.

Upon returning to the UK Michelle continued her career development with corporate and private dental practices, gaining her Assessor awards supporting the NVQ Oral health care framework for BDH and Somerset colleges.

Management opportunities came and Michelle settled for 15years at private practice where she gained her level 5 diploma in Dental Practice Management and started her MSc in Strategy, Change & Leadership.

Michelle has 2 children, a dog, a cat and two chickens! and lives in the North Somerset countryside, loves gardening, friends and National Trust days out.
