Home is a completely refurbished Georgian, triple fronted property on Berkeley Square, conveniently located in the heart of Clifton, Bristol.  Our practice has been designed to create a comfortable, high quality environment for our patients and visiting dentists.

If you are a referring dentist in the South West and you have a patient that requires specialist treatment our referral process is simple.   We have built excellent relationships with referring dentists in Bristol and across the South West and we work collaboratively with dentists so that their patients receive the very best treatment.  

Our online referral forms are safe and secure or you can simply request a referral pack, referral forms can be returned to us via email or post. If you refer your patient to us, we will acknowledge this immediately. We will ensure that we have your own clinical assessment of the patient and any other case notes, scans or x-rays that have been taken.

We will then contact your patient to arrange a free initial video consultation where we can introduce ourselves and discuss their problem.  We listen carefully to your patient’s wishes and concerns.  Our specialist will then arrange to see the patient for a clinical assessment and may need to carry out further investigations before a treatment plan can be finalised.

We will then write to the patient and referring dentist with our recommendations and a proposal of treatment. We want your patient to fully understand what their options are and make a well-informed decision.  The treatment plan will include an estimate of costs and length of time to complete the treatment.

At Bristol Dental Specialists we are committed to keeping our treatments affordable and to help with this, we offer a range of interest-free and interest-bearing finance plans.  

If your patient chooses to go ahead with treatment, the proposed plan can be formally accepted online, we will then plan and book the necessary appointments in advance. Our specialist team will keep you updated throughout your patient’s treatment so that you can discuss it with them at any time.

Once the treatment is finished, we will ensure that it has been successful and has worked as intended.  We will then request any feedback about the treatment, our care, and the overall experience.

We also want to ensure long-term success of the treatment, so will discuss the importance of ongoing regular check-ups and conscientious oral hygiene. In the rare event of post-treatment complications, we guarantee remedial care as a priority.
