Bristol Dental Specialists are a private Specialist and referral practice conveniently located in Clifton, Bristol. We are focused on offering Specialist dental services for referring dentists throughout the South West of England and South Wales. For patients who currently do not have a dentist, we also offer regular dental care.

The Bristol Dental Specialists story began when five like-minded Specialist Clinicians set about creating a multi-disciplinary Specialist only Dental practice, focused on offering Specialist services for referring dentists throughout the South West of England and South Wales.

As a multi-disciplinary practice, we can provide the full range of comprehensive and complex Specialist dental treatments under one roof in order to find the best overall solution. Treatment is planned and co-ordinated across the relevant members of the team at our Practice location in Berkeley Square in Bristol and is therefore generally quicker and more convenient

Welcome to Bristol Dental Specialists, we offer expert and comprehensive Orthodontic dental treatments to patients looking for a beautiful, straighter smile. Our highly skilled Specialist Orthodontic Team have a wealth of experience in the management of orthodontic treatments and have delivered thousands of new, straighter smiles.

Restorative Dentistry

At Bristol Dental Specialists we provide the full range of Restorative Dentistry services, which includes the disciplines of Periodontics, Endodontics, and Prosthodontics; we have specialists in all three areas.

Periodontics

We can help with the treatment of advanced periodontal disease, aesthetic periodontal treatment and, where possible, the regeneration of lost tooth support.

Specific treatments may include correcting an uneven gum line, covering unsightly exposed tooth roots following gum recession, assisting cosmetic dentists with dental rehabilitation and the reconstruction of damaged gum and bone prior to dental implant treatment.

Endodontics

Endodontic training, techniques and equipment has come a very long way in the past decade and this progress has improved the quality of care and outcomes of endodontic dental treatment.

Here at Bristol Dental Specialists, our Endodontic Specialists have a wealth of experience and expertise in treating dental root canals, diagnosing and resolving difficult endodontic cases and saving teeth from being extracted. We offer the full range of procedures including both initial and re-treatment procedures.

Prosthodontics

Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry, is the specialist area of dentistry that focuses on restoring natural teeth or placing a natural looking substitute to replace missing teeth.

Our Prosthodontists are trained to restore the mouth comprehensively using their specialist knowledge and skills together with the latest techniques and modern materials.

Paediatric Dentistry

Every child deserves to feel comfortable and confident during dental appointments. We strive to provide the finest dental care possible for each of our paediatric and adolescent patients in a gentle and caring environment. We realise that a child’s future attitude towards dentistry is influenced by today’s experiences and no patient, young or old, should be afraid of the dentist.

The Bristol Dental Academy

Bristol Dental Academy offer seminars and courses advancing clinical skills and education in dentistry. We want to work closely with our professional dentist referrers for the mutual benefit of their patients and to help develop knowledge, skills and expertise. Bristol Dental Academy launched in January 2020 offering FREE lectures, hands-on courses and casual table discussion groups.
